Similarly, assisting you and defending your interests throughout the contracting process, from the signing of the preliminary sales agreement to the signing of the authentic deed. Our Fees

Our fees are only due upon success, i.e., on the day the authentic deed is signed at the notary's office. 
Our fees are on a sliding scale and calculated to be as competitive as possible, especially given the level of service we provide and our commitments. 
Furthermore, when signing an exclusive mandate, we can offer fee reductions to our clients, based on certain criteria where this implies a performance obligation. 
In some cases, we can also offer you fees with a variable component, linked to the sale price achieved.

Agency fees will be borne by the party expressly stipulated in the Mandate. They are included in the price and expressed as a percentage when borne by the buyer. They are included in the price without mention of the percentage when borne by the seller. Fees for real estate transaction intermediaries are governed by the Hoguet Law of January 2, 1970.

Transaction fees include:
  • Project definition and implementation of a search strategy
  • Property search and viewings
  • Validation of the property's value
  • Analysis of diagnostics (DDT) and sales file documents
  • Viewings (individual or joint). Viewing reports
  • Negotiation and drafting of the purchase offer
  • Liaison with notaries: validation of documents and organization of the signing of the preliminary sales agreement
  • Organization of the pre-inspection visit and the signing of the authentic deed
