Agency fees will be borne by the party expressly stipulated in the Mandate. They are included in the price and expressed as a percentage when payable by the buyer. They are included in the price without mention of the percentage when payable by the seller. Fees for real estate transaction intermediaries are governed by the Hoguet Law of January 2, 1970.
